There is purpose and meaning to every dish we create and cook. Even just the name of a dish can create emotion, prompting memories or new feelings about food. Everything is considered before we allow a dish to go on general release. We also work closely with the voice of our Customer, always considerate of what people want to see on our menus.
We use local ingredients wherever possible, and never compromise on quality. Our food is interesting, classic, familiar and memorable. We maintain our focus on British dishes; the classics and the crowd pleasers. We also research and create many great old dishes, and our menu also includes those discovered on our travels across the globe.
